Description
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Social Media Manager to lead our social media team and drive the development and execution of innovative and impactful social media strategies for our clients. As the Senior Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of social media marketing, including content creation, community management, and campaign optimization, to drive engagement, growth, and brand awareness.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive social media strategies for clients across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok, to achieve business objectives and KPIs
- Manage a team of social media specialists, providing guidance, feedback, and mentorship to drive performance and professional growth
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner in social media marketing, and proactively identify opportunities for growth and optimization
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and analysts, to develop and execute integrated social media campaigns that align with client objectives and brand identities
- Monitor and analyse social media performance metrics, track KPIs, and provide regular reports and insights to clients, with a focus on continuous improvement and optimization
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in social media marketing, and leverage insights to drive innovation and competitiveness

Special Notes
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media marketing, with a track record of success in developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies and campaigns
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively lead and inspire a team of social media specialists and drive performance and results
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and client-facing skills, with the ability to effectively articulate ideas and concepts to internal teams and clients
